Filing
a trademark registration might not be a seamless task for a layman. From
trademark objection to trademark opposition, the trademark registration
procedure has many obstacles which need to be dealt with carefully. There are
numerous factors to be considered while filing a trademark registration application. Failing in meeting any of the criteria leads to trademark
objection. Once intimated of the trademark objection, the applicant must
respond to it within a period of 30 days. He/she needs to come up with relevant
trademark objection reply to continue processing the application. Failing to
submit appropriate objection reply or failing to respond within t he stipulated
time period may lead to cancellation of the application.
